아디다스 울트라 부스트 21 공식 발표(adidas ULTRA BOOST 21 Officially Unveils)

아디다스 퍼포먼스 라인의 베스트셀러 울트라 부스트 시리즈의 2021년 업그레이드 버전, 아디다스 울트라 부스트 21(adidas ULTRA BOOST 21 Officially Unveils)가 정식으로 공개 되었습니다.

2015년 울트라 부스트(ULTRA BOOST)의 등장으로 아디다스는 스니커즈 씬에 당당히 얼굴을 드러낼 수 있었고, 지금까지 부스트(BOOST) 미드솔은 다양한 신발에 적용되어 이제 아디다스를 대표하는 기술 중 하나가 되었습니다. 그 중심에 있었던 울트라 부스트는 매년 업그레이드되는 버전을 선보이며 지치지 않는 모습을 보였습니다.

비교적 최근인 울트라 부스트 19(ULTRA BOOST 19)에서 큰 외형적, 기술적 변화가 있었는데, 이번 아디다스 울트라 부스트 21(adidas ULTRA BOOST 21)도 한번 더 큰 변화가 이루어졌습니다. 아마 가장 큰 업그레이드라고 할 수 있습니다. 사실, 울트라 부스트 19(ULTRA BOOST 19) 모델에서 한번 더 업그레이드 될 줄은 몰랐네요, 아직 2년차 밖에 안 된 모델이였는데…

울트라 부스트 21은 뒤로 쭈욱 빠진 뒷태가 포인트인데 이로 인해 6%나 더 많은 부스트를 사용할 수 있게 되었습니다. 그리고 외피는 프라임니트+(PRIMEKNIT+)로 더 탄탄해졌고, 새로운 토션 시스템인 LEP(Linear Energy Push)가 적용 되었습니다. 그동안 울트라 부스트 시리즈 내내 적용되었던 컨티넨탈 러버(Continental™ Rubber)가 적용된 스트레치웹 아웃솔의 변화도 눈에 띕니다. 디자인이 더 재미있게 되었네요.

한층 더 업그레이드된 아디다스 울트라 부스트 21(adidas ULTRA BOOST 21 Officially Unveils)의 공식 발표 이후, 2021년 1월부터 시작해서 남성, 여성, 키즈 컬렉션까지 고루 발매될 예정입니다. 저는 마음에 듭니다. 앞으로 더 다양한 컬러들이 꾸준히 나올텐데 기대됩니다.
